Part of the Karapoti Challenge loop has been obliterated by logging.

The bottom of Woolshed Road where it turns right back onto Valley View Road is now covered over by trees and branches. You can carry your bikes over and drop them down onto the track with not too much trouble but it is hard to find the track.
